Andrew Morton, MD

Andrew Morton, MD, is an adjunct clinical assistant professor at Indiana University School of Medicine and an independent researcher developing the Axis Model. His background in medicine and clinical informatics informs an approach centered on constructing coherent models from complex data, making assumptions explicit, and connecting proposed mechanisms to testable consequences.

His work combines mathematical analysis with computational methods, including numerical simulations, parameter estimation, and reproducible notebooks. Manuscripts, source files, and associated computational materials are publicly archived so readers can inspect assumptions, reproduce reported calculations, and evaluate the results.

Two papers from the program are published in AIP Advances: Non-Abelian Gauge Structure from Coherence-Gated Internal Symmetries and Quadratic Closure of a Projector-Defined Gauge-Normalization Interface. These provide peer-reviewed entry points to the program’s mathematical constructions.
