Start with the paper’s archive
Each paper’s Zenodo record is the starting point for its manuscript and any accompanying source, notebooks, data, manifests or proof certificates. Availability varies by paper. The permanent link opens the latest public release; the version history preserves earlier releases.
Notation and cross-paper interfaces
The Suite Reference Guide identifies notation, conventions and the originating papers for shared interfaces. Use it to follow a dependency without treating distinct projectors, responses or source normalizations as one object.
Paper-level computational materials
The charged-cell, flavor and orientation papers provide examples of reproducibility materials attached directly to manuscript records. Read the release-specific instructions and declared input choices before running a calculation.

Record a reproducible run
Keep the exact manuscript and archive version, input files, software environment, execution instructions and output checks with a reproduced result. Preserve measured inputs, fitted parameters and test quantities as separate parts of the record.
A deposited file provides access to an artifact. Its scientific role and current applicability come from the originating paper and release documentation.
